Owen-Christopher Kemp

International executive leading strategy and execution of Change and Strategic Growth. Held senior management positions with direct responsibility for several multi-billion dollar businesses in Financial Services Hi-Tech, and Government sectors, including $2 billion Russia subsidiary of HP. During a 30 years career with HP, Owen held broad range of senior management positions at Country, Region, and Global level, managing sales and delivery organizations, and contributing direct Client engagements , served as Managing Director, Russia, Vice President and General Manager of HP Worldwide Finance Industry Vertical focusing on Austria, Germany, Russia, and Eastern Europe markets. From 1990 and 2004, had general management and direct operational responsibilities in HP Worldwide organization, including Europe Sales Management, Russia Country Manager, and EMEA Regional Marketing Manager.

Robert Carter 

Senior financial management executive with over 20 years experience in accounting operations, business planning, internal controls, and finance transformations (operations, technology, business process) in a major global bank (Deutsche Bank) where he was a Finance Director, and CFO for Global Transaction Banking, Americas, Global Business Controller for Global Securities Services and Global Business Controller for Global Portfolio Management. Earlier in his career, he was a Managing Associate with PricewaterhouseCoopers and held management positions with Smith Barney and Chase Manhattan Bank.

Michael Hartig brings over 30 years of Capital Markets experience for a wide range of financial services institutions, including investment banks, private banks, mortgage companies, broker-dealers, asset managers, family offices, hedge funds, industry utilities and related service vendors. . Prior to his Big 4, IBM and Capco consulting experience for some of the leading global banks and broker/dealers over the last 15 years, Michael ran Capital Markets Technology for Paine Webber and was responsible for developing and implementing the firm’s trading, research, analytics and middle office processing systems, including all trading floor/exchange and related lending systems.

Jean-Louis Bravard

Jean-Louis Bravard is a director of Burnt Oak Partners Ltd, an outsourcing consultancy he co-founded, headquartered in the City of London with offices in Sweden and Benelux.

Earlier in his career, Jean-Louis Bravard held several senior executive positions as a Managing Director at J.P. Morgan Co. (Brazil Country Manager, Head of Global Fixed Income Research, Acting Group CIO and Corporate Finance in Paris, New York and Brazil).  Jean-Louis worked for over ten years at EDS Corp in New York and London) as Managing Director, Global Financial Services responsible for relationships with global banks, brokerage houses and exchanges. Other experience include CEO of Arbinet Corporation (a telecommunications company), President and COO of IFusion.Com (a leading push technology venture) and Managing Director with VICOR a Palo Alto based advanced technology consulting and systems engineering firm .

Timothy Barney

Timothy Barney has been for over 25 years a trusted adviser to global financial services organizations, leading best practice implementations and re-engineering, driving process efficiency, and managing operational effectiveness and business transformation programs. Most recently, Tim was a Managing Director for Deutsche Bank both in New York and London, UK, where he led financial transformation across regions, business lines, and functional units.

Prior experience include Director and Global Product Controller for the Investment Banking and Private Equity divisions of Credit Suisse First Boston, and Director or Executive Director at Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, NationsBank, Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Coopers & Lybrand

Ian Campell-Laing

Ian Campell-Laing brings twenty seven years of experience in the financial industry with Deutsche Bank Morgan Stanley, NatWest Markets, Lehman Brothers, and Spicer & Pegler in US and UK.

Ian spent eleven years at Deutsche Bank in Investment Banking and Asset Management divisions as Managing Director, including Global Equities COO, Global Trading COO, Americas Chief Investment Risk Officer, and Global Head of Capital, Balance Sheet and Liquidity Management.

David Dick 

David Dick is an international senior executive with over 30 years’ experience in helping global organizations in Europe and Middle East and across financial services, telecom, and oil and gas market sectors, His professional career includes roles as VP and GM, HP Enterprise Services, VP and Global Account Director Schlumberger/Atos Origin, Manager Logica UK and Middle East, Consultancy Director SAIC and Program Manager BP.

Tracy DuPeza

Tracy DuPeza is an international leader with twenty-eight years of Hi-Tech industry experience; the last eighteen focused on product planning, business operations, and sales management. While leading HP’s Sales Strategy and Business Operations for Central and Eastern Europe, he has overseen the transformation of technology, processes and infrastructure to accelerate the capture of emerging market growth. Prior to running the emerging market’s business operations organization, he headed HP’s EMEA Server and Storage Demand Fulfillment team. Before this, Tracy headed Compaq’s EMEA Product Operations, led East sales organization and started his career in high-tech sector in South Africa, as Senior Economist supporting CSC Computer Sciences Corporation’s technology collaboration with Econometrix (PTY)

Jane Lauterback

Jane is a senior integrated marketer with a proven international track record in building strong brands and relationships.

She has a unique matrix of global experience (including an ex-pat assignment in Tokyo) in corporations, communications agencies and non-profits crossing a range of complex challenges and industries—particularly in technology, financial services and professional services.

Some of her assignments have included IBM, American Express, AIG, GE, Microsoft, Unisys, Marsh & McLennan, Schwab Institutional Services and JPMorganChase, to name a few.

Peter Sealy

Over twenty years’ experience in leadership and execution of technology and business operations in commercial and investment banks, and trading room operations, including equities, fixed in-come, foreign exchange, commodities, derivatives, energy and real estate. Selective list of clients includes: BlackRock Solutions, Bridgewater Associates, Barclays Capital, Standard & Poor’s, Lehman Brothers, Prudential Securities, American Express, J.P. Morgan, Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank, and Telerate.

Earlier in his career, he was Technology Leadership Team at Citigroup Asset Management, directing installation of new equity trade order management system, Prior to that, as president of a technology consulting company, he led the relocation of investment bank’s 1,200-person New York office, deployment of interest rate derivative pricing systems for money market analytics provider, including TIBCO and Bridge BTRS.
