Our Client engagement model is focused (aligned to specific business outcome), highly concentrated (multi-phase approach, 30-45 days each phase concluding with clear deliverables and measurable results), and well structured (minimize impact on Client operations, small teams of high-level Consultants with CXO Advisory experience).

We prefer incentive-based compensation model (retainer fees plus incentive-based variable compensation) as we measure our success through the business impact we bring to our clients. We prefer to use KVI—Key Value Indicator—metrics as an alternative to traditional KPI—Key Performance Indicator—to ensure services provided are aligned with our clients’ strategic goals and measured against clear business objectives.

Altimus Partners presently focus on NA, UK, and EMEA financial and non-financial markets, but can support Global Client consulting engagements, including  Asia Pacific (Australia, Hong Kong, Philippines) and Growth Markets (Latin America, Eastern Europe). leveraging our Strategic Partners program, our Partners experience in global markets, and our direct access to pool of senior talent and industry relationships.
